Initially, in early 2003, the factory produced 1 Phantom modern day and later that year his production already had tripled. Today, with a portfolio of six models, the team of men and women is capable of producing up to 20 vehicles per day.
In 2011 the English company experienced its second consecutive year of record sales since its founding 107 years ago. In this new Rolls-Royce has succeeded in developing new products that have been welcomed with open arms by customers all over the world.

Having started its operations with 400 employees, operations in Goodwood today with more than 1,400 people. Only in 2012 was increased workforce with 100 new positions.
There is no doubt that the impact of Rolls-Royce in this region has been very positive, since 80% of the workforce lives within 15 miles.
